Preparation Before Assembly:

after unpacking the packing box, first use scissors to remove the plastic ties and the packed bubble bag. Please take care to protect all the parts in the box. If assembling on the ground, first lay paper or carpet on the ground to prevent scratches.Pay attention to distinguish the parts and components, and then remove the inner carton to take out the parts and place them first.

As shown in Figure 1, there are accessories for installation in the box.

(1) Main frame (2) Rear wheel assembly (3) Triangle knob (4) Umbrella holder (5) Front wheel assembly (6) Left/Right foot pedal (7)  Cloth bag  (8) Handrail tube (9) Knob screw

Assembly Instructions:  (please refer to the part number and name in Figure 1 for assembly):

a. Put (2) Rear wheel assembly on (1) Main frame and fix them with (3) Triangle knob;

b. Put (5) Front wheel assembly on (1) Main frame and fix with (3) Triangle knob ;

c. Put the (6) Left/Right foot pedal on the (1) Main frame  respectively;

d. Put the (8) Handrail tube on the (1) Main frame, fix it with (9) Knob screws;

e. Finally fix the (4) Umbrella holder on the (1) Main frame.

Check After Installation:

1. Whether the Rollator Walker is installed correctly, please refer to the manual diagram for comparison.

2. Verify that all parts of the Rollator Walker are fully assembled, and you can check for extra parts.

3. Check whether there is any looseness in the installation of the Rollator Walker. If there is any looseness, tighten the screws and nuts.

4. Check the appearance of all components of the Rollator Walker for skew, and make appropriate adjustments.

5. Check whether the Rollator Walker brakes are normal, whether the folding is smooth, and whether the steering is smooth.

Product Maintenance Methods:

1. Do not scratch or scrape the surface of the product to prevent material damage.

2. For daily cleaning and maintenance, apply neutral synthetic detergent, wipe with a damp cloth, and then wipe with a dry cloth.

3. Do not contact with strong acids and alkalis to prevent corrosion.

Storage Conditions And Methods:

After  packaging, the Rollator Walker should be stored in a clean room where the temperature does not exceed -10℃~40℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 80% , no corrosive gas, and well-ventilated. Keep away from moisture, sunlight and heat sources during transportation.
